September 2020 Authority Board Minutes

To adhere to COVID-19 requirements and procedures, the Stadium Authority will be adjusting its meeting format and public participation process for its September 24, 2020 meeting scheduled at 8:30 a.m. This meeting will be held via video conference-only.

For those interested in participating in the meeting, we ask that you pre-register online by completing the online Board Meeting Registration form below or by calling the Stadium Administration Office at (808) 483-2500, no later than Tuesday, September 22, 2020. We will respond by providing the proper accommodations that will allow you to participate in the meeting as well as information on meeting protocol.

* Anyone wishing to provide written testimony must submit testimony by 4:30p.m. (HST), September 22, 2020 to be officially recorded. Testimony may be submitted by email to alohastadium@hawaii.gov or by fax at (808) 483-2823.

For those unable to attend, the draft of the Board minutes will be posted 40 days from September 24, 2020.
