Stadium Authority
The Stadium Authority consists of eight members (one member within the West Honolulu District (currently vacant) and one member within the Aiea District) appointed by the Governor with the advice and consent of the Senate. Serving as an ex-officio voting member is the Director of the Department of Business, Economic Development, and Tourism. Serving as ex-officio non-voting members are the President of the University of Hawai’i and the Superintendent of Education.
