Aloha Stadium is currently accepting applications for the following positions:

Assistant Stadium Security Officer $26.21/hour – Part-time Intermittent Exempt (PTIE)
This position assists in managing stadium security operations to ensure the safety of guests, staff, and property during daily activities and events. Responsibilities include supervising security personnel, coordinating with law enforcement agencies, responding to incidents and emergencies, conducting investigations, and enforcing stadium policies and procedures. The role also supports planning, scheduling, training, and evaluating security staff, and may assume full responsibility of security operations in the absence of the Stadium Security Officer.

The Assistant Stadium Security Officer provides security support during events, including crowd control, VIP protection, and safeguarding cash handling areas, while ensuring proper documentation and reporting of all incidents.
Requirements
  • Experience: Candidates must have relevant experience in security operations, law enforcement, or protection of property, including supervisory experience overseeing security personnel.
  • Skills: Strong ability to communicate effectively, prepare reports, conduct investigations, respond to emergencies, and manage security operations in a large public venue. Ability to handle high-pressure situations, enforce laws and policies, and supervise staff.
  • Licensing: Must be registered as a Security Guard with the State of Hawaii and possess a valid Hawaii driver’s license.

Stadium Security Guard II $24.24/hour – Part-time Intermittent Exempt (PTIE)
This position is responsible for maintaining safety and security throughout the stadium complex before, during, and after events. Duties include patrolling assigned areas to protect people and property, enforcing laws and stadium regulations, and preventing unauthorized access to restricted areas.

Responsibilities also include monitoring crowd activity, responding to incidents and emergencies, conducting investigations, and preparing daily security reports. The role may involve providing security escort for cash handling operations, assisting with crowd control, and ensuring compliance with safety and fire regulations.

The Stadium Security Guard II may serve in a lead or supervisory role, assisting with scheduling, assigning posts, training personnel, and ensuring guards are performing their duties effectively. The position requires quick decision-making and the ability to handle high-pressure situations while maintaining professionalism with the public.
Requirements
  • Experience: Prior experience in security, law enforcement, or protection of property is preferred. Supervisory or lead experience is a plus.
  • Skills: Ability to enforce rules with professionalism, respond effectively to emergencies, conduct investigations, prepare clear reports, and communicate well with the public and team members. Must be able to handle stressful and potentially hazardous situations.
  • Licensing:  Must be registered as a Security Guard with the State of Hawaii and possess a valid Hawaii driver’s license.
  • Other Requirements: Must be able to work flexible and irregular hours, including evenings, weekends, and event days, and be physically capable of performing security duties.

Assistant Stadium Parking Supervisor $20.70/hour – Part-time Intermittent Exempt (PTIE)
This position supports the Stadium Traffic and Parking Control Manager in overseeing daily parking and traffic operations, including planning, coordinating, and supervising programs to ensure safe, efficient traffic flow and positive guest experiences; assumes operational responsibility in the Manager’s absence and enforces parking policies and procedures while assisting with staff scheduling, training, and performance oversight, monitoring operations, coordinating event parking logistics, handling cash collection and reporting, responding to complaints, accidents, and incidents, supervising towing of illegally parked vehicles, conducting inspections, preparing reports, and recommending improvements to enhance safety, efficiency, and parking capacity.
Requirements
  • Experience: At least one year of experience in parking operations, including traffic flow management, parking accommodations, and cash handling procedures such as collecting, recording, and depositing funds.
  • Skills: Ability to supervise staff, plan and organize operations, maintain records, prepare reports, and interpret and apply rules, policies, and procedures. Must be able to communicate effectively and interact tactfully with the public.
  • Physical Requirements: Must be able to perform duties efficiently, including standing and walking for extended periods, with adequate vision and hearing to safely carry out responsibilities. Must demonstrate mental and emotional stability and not pose a safety risk to self or others.

Electrician I – $35.07/hour – Part-time Intermittent Exempt (PTIE)This position performs skilled electrical work involving the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems and equipment throughout the facility. Responsibilities include troubleshooting electrical malfunctions, performing preventive maintenance, and ensuring the safe and reliable operation of systems such as lighting, generators, motors, transformers, and public address systems.

Requirements

  • Experience: Candidates must have at least four years of work experience in residential and/or commercial structural wiring, as well as in the installation, alteration, and repair of electrical equipment, wires, and apparatus.
  • Skills: Demonstrated ability to read blueprints, use trade tools, and strictly follow safety regulations.
  • Licensing: A valid State of Hawaii electrician’s license is required.

Qualifications and Requirements
Must be able to follow oral and written instructions. Must have strong customer service skills and experience. Must display professionalism and courtesy while assisting customers. Cashier experience.
