New vendors should not incur any fees or charges such as Insurance or DOH Permit until you have completed the in person meeting with Sodexo Live! Staff.

FOOD VENDORS Sells prepared foods and beverages with intent of consuming on premise. All interested vendors must pre-register and meet all requirements to be placed on the food & beverage list. Those interested in becoming a Food Vendor at Aloha Stadium Swap Meet & Marketplace are required to attend an in-person meeting with Sodexo Live! Staff will go over details on new vendor documents, specific requirements, procedures, and a walkthrough the food court and/or beverage locations.

*All pre-assigned booths require vendors to register with Aloha Stadium Swap Meet and Marketplace

To register, fill out and sign:

  1. ASSM Vendor Application
  2. Current Stall Usage Contract At Aloha Swap Meet

Bring the above documents with your original Hawaii State General Excise Tax License and a legal form of identification to Sodexo Box Office located in Upper Halawa Lot Parking near light pole 8. If you are unable to print the documents, paper copies are available at Sodexo Box Office.

Monthly Vendor / Food Vendor Request Form

Those interested in becoming a Food Vendor at Aloha Stadium Swap Meet & Marketplace are required to attend an in person meeting with Sodexo Live! Staff to go over details on new vendor documents, specific requirements, procedures, and a walkthrough the food court and/or beverage locations once you complete the form below. FAQ’s

Q: Are there any vendor restrictions?
A: Vendors must comply with all State and Federal laws. In addition, no food or ready to serve beverage may be sold without approval from the Aloha Stadium Concessions contractor. Vendors will not be allowed to sell any type of weapon, if you have a question regarding they types of weapons, please contact Box 8.

Q: Is there still an opportunity to sign up?
A: Yes, please contact the office at 808.486.6704 for more information and directions.

Q: If I just want to come in as daily vendor do I have to fill out an application?
A: No if you prefer to come in as a daily vendor vs a monthly regular vendor no application is needed. You will enter through the parking gate, pay your $30 fee and will be redirected to a stall.

Q: What time can we set up?
A: For monthly vendors who already have be designated a stall number you may set up starting at 4:00am. Daily vendors should enter through the Halawa Gate 3 (off of Kahuapaani ST) to be redirected to finalize a stall and payment.

Q: Will there be opportunities to sell out of the new retail units?
