FOUR FOOTBALL GAMES TELEVISED ON NATIONAL TVPosted on Apr 7, 2017 in UH Corner
COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. – Four University of Hawai’i football games will be televised nationally as the Mountain West released its national television package for the 2017 season.
Two games will air on the ESPN Networks, UH’s MW opener at Wyoming, Sept. 23, in Laramie, Wyo., and a home contest versus San Diego State, Oct. 28 at Aloha Stadium. In addition, two more will be televised on CBS Sports Network, at Nevada, Oct. 7 in Reno, Nev., and the regular season finale versus BYU, Nov. 25 at Aloha Stadium.
The games were among 44 national television games involving MW teams. ESPN’s selections for the first three weeks of the season are anticipated by mid-June. Kick times and specific outlets for ESPN games will be determined during the course of the regular season.
Last season, the Rainbow Warriors were featured on national television five times, including twice on ESPN and twice on CBSSN.
